Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client to benchmark the performance of various coding agents
- Work with common Python source repositories to conduct evaluations
- Assess the performance of coding agents against pre-defined criteria
- Document and report findings to support continuous improvement
- Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and commitments
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in contributing to or maintaining open-source repositories
- Strong knowledge of Python and its ecosystem
- Ability to evaluate and benchmark software performance
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Project & Compensation
- The project will commence immediately and run for an initial period of two weeks, with the potential for extension
- An initial time commitment of 15-20 hours per week is required, with more flexible hours if the project is extended
- Compensation ranges from $80 to $150 per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Payments are processed weekly through Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered
