Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute tasks and deliverables tailored to frequent financial management requests
Provide strategic financial guidance to support the lab's research and infrastructure initiatives
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices

Required Expertise

Proven track record with a minimum of four years of professional experience in financial management
Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex financial issues
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment

Project & Compensation

Initial project duration of approximately 3-4 weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance and needs
Expected time commitment of around 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
Hourly compensation ranging from $90 to $150, paid weekly via Stripe or Wise
Opportunity to earn a $200 bonus for each successful referral made through a unique referral link
