Your work will focus on evaluating performance across a range of open-ended tasks within well-established, thoroughly documented C++ repositories. Core Responsibilities

Engage with prominent open-source C++ repositories to conduct comprehensive benchmarking.
Assess the performance of various coding agents against a set of predefined criteria.
Document and analyze the outcomes of these evaluations to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the client to refine testing methodologies and improve evaluation processes.
Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and extend your involvement as required.

Required Expertise

Proven experience contributing to or maintaining open-source C++ projects.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and document coding agent performance.
Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies in software engineering.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and document findings.

Project & Compensation

The project will commence immediately and run for an initial period of two weeks, with potential for extension.
Initial time commitment is expected to be 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling for extended phases.
Compensation ranges from $80 to $150 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements.
Payments are processed weekly through Stripe or Wise, based on hours worked.
